RETURN POLICY:
If you are no satisfied with our wigs/merchandise for any reason, please contact us by email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product. The subject line should be "Dissatisfied unit/merchandise" since you sign for your items any time past 48 hours will not be accepted. Once your email is sent your request will be evaluated. Within the email you want to include the following:

Your Phone Number:
Reason why Dissatisfied:
*If possible send Pictures of the unit*
We reserve the right to process and decline an Exchange. We do not issue Refunds for our products. All of our Merchandise is carefully inspected and re-inspected before it is shipped out to you. In the event the product is damage during shipping or that you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately. You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if any item is missing and/or damaged. Permissive Indulgence will not consider any claims for damaged or missing items more than seven (5) days from the delivery date.
In the event that an Exchange is not available then the customer will be issued a store credit this is to be considered on a case by case bases and all products under question must be returned beforhand.
If you are deem eligible for an exchange: The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you will have to pay the price difference,Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the wig/merchandise to have is shipped back to permissive indulgence. All products in questioned will need to be shipped back to us to formally process an Exchange. No Exchange will be process if the merchandise is not returned.
Please ship it by USPS express, (we will need a tracking number).., also, please send email once item is shipped back to us. We ask that you email us in order to ensure safe transport of the merchandise. We have the right to refuse or sign for a package that we had no prior notification of.
Keep in mind in order to process an exchange the following must be adhere to:
The product has to be returned in its original state with no alterations made to it including the following:
Wig must be tried on with a wig cap
Wig cannot be worn or looked worn
Wig must be returned in the original packaging
Wig lace cannot be cut, torn, dyed or altered in any manner
Wig cannot contain any tape, glue or residue
Wig cannot contain any chemicals, dyes, or other hair products
Wig's hair cannot be cut, styled, or altered in any manner
Any other Merchandise besides wigs that are retuned cannot be opened or sampled.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met.
